• TIES these are restraints on the scaling parameters
Syntax: tie <restraint_type> <standard error>
The most useful is TIE SURFACE to restrain the SECONDARY correction (the default is TIE SURFACE 0.001)
Scales and Bfactors may also be restrained
tie bfactor 0.5 # version 3 only
• LINKS these make different runs use the same parameters
link tails all # default to use same TAILS values
link surface all # same surface
The defaults are being automated
