Welcome to my ftp area!

New library tar file is no longer here. It is incorporated
into the CCP4 5.0 tar file - see pub/mdw (pre-public release)
or pub/ccp4 (post-public release). I may at some point
resurrect the library-only tar file, but for the moment
I can't keep it up-to-date.
