This is particularly useful when running online. 1 ADCOFFSET ADCOFFSET This defines the adc offset (IOFF) of the detector. Its precise value will only be critical when processing images with a very low background. A reasonable estimate can be obtained by examining an image with no exposure to X-rays. Default 8 or 4 for Raxis IV detectors or 1 for Fuji scanners 1 ADDPART ADDPART For partial reflections extending over only two images, this will sum the pixel values for the two halves of a partial within MOSFLM, and the resulting reflections are treated as fully recorded. Summed partials will be used in the formation of the standard profiles. The use of ADDPART is only appropriate if every image has had the same effective exposure time. It should not be used if the incident beam intensity changes significantly during one image (eg at a synchrotron). ADDPART is NOT in general appropriate for use with images collected on an offline scanner, or if the position and orientation of the image wrt the camera is not identical for every image. In particular, if the Mar scanner is not locking properly leading to a variation in the ROFF parameter then ADDPART should not be used. When ADDPART is used inappropriately it is likely that a lot of reflections will be flagged as badspots because of a high PKRATIO (ie a poor profile fit). The ADDPART option has been made largely obsolete by the new scaling program SCALA, which allows the use of partials in scaling. Default: Partials are NOT added together within MOSFLM 1 ALLOUT ALLOUT If this keyword is present, then all reflections except those within the cusp or outside the detector limits or outside the resolution limits will be written to the output MTZ file. This is for special use only. Default: Badspots, spots flagged as overlapping (and overloads unless explicitly requested) are omitted from the output MTZ file. 1 AUTOINDEX AUTOINDEX [ THRESHOLD ] [ IMAGES < id1 id2 ...> ] [ PHI ] [ IDENT ] [ TEMPLATE
